Atlantic Salmon and Salmon Trout fillets are cut fresh every day.

Sashimi grade salmon trout, skinless fillet, cut into 3 and separately vacuum packed for convenience.

Even more convenient - the pre-cut sashimi packs are available at all times in packs ranging from 300 to 500 gm.

Half Shell Scallops

These half shell Scallops are best defrosted in lightly salted water and then cleaned.

We like them cooked Thai Style where I top each Scallop with a mixture of chopped garlic, ginger, lemon grass and Chinese parsley, lime juice and fish sauce. Then you can either steam them or I just put them on the BBQ. Alternatively just butter and plenty of garlic tastes great too.

The Great and Juicy Salmon Bellies

The Japanese have long time ago found out that the salmon bellies are the juiciest part of the fish. Furthermore they contain the highest levels of Omega 3 fatty acids.

The two pictures above show 1 kg packets each of the salmon belly whole and the salmon belly cubes. NEW - these products are now also available in 500 gm packets.

Simply BBQ or dust them with seasoned flour and pan fry till golden brown.
