Half Shell Scallops |
|
These half shell Scallops are best defrosted in lightly salted water and then cleaned. We like them cooked Thai Style where I top each Scallop with a mixture of chopped garlic, ginger, lemon grass and Chinese parsley, lime juice and fish sauce. Then you can either steam them or I just put them on the BBQ. Alternatively just butter and plenty of garlic tastes great too. |

The Great and Juicy Salmon Bellies |

The Japanese have long time ago found out that the salmon bellies are the juiciest part of the fish. Furthermore they contain the highest levels of Omega 3 fatty acids. The two pictures above show 1 kg packets each of the salmon belly whole and the salmon belly cubes. NEW - these products are now also available in 500 gm packets. Simply BBQ or dust them with seasoned flour and pan fry till golden brown. |
